This kids healthy recipe, is salad in a soup bowl (or drink)!
It is outrageously healthy, nutritious and delicious! My salad averse 11 year old enjoys it, my one year old loves it – FANTASTIC!
This soup offers a great way to get greens into your new children and your entire family so needless to say it is now another one of my great healthy recipes for children!
Following this wonderful raw recipe you will discover it is another mothers delight, taking only 5 minutes to prepare and serve! You will not beleive how flavour filled it is!
- 1 medium organic avocado
- 1 organic apple chopped and cored
- Large handful of organic baby spinach
- 1 organic Leek (piece approximately 4 cm (1.5 inches) in length)
- 1 cup filtered water
- ¼ cup fresh organic lemon juice
- ½ cup fresh organic orange juice
- ½ teaspoon of sea salt
- 1 large organic tomato
- 1 chopped organic cucumber
1. Blend until smooth and serve….
