I use Propolis on nappy rash, insect bites, scratches, oral thrush, any infected sores….
Loose the chemical cocktails that you can find in chemists and supermarkets to treat these common childhood symptoms and choose the remarkable remedy of Propolis for your child.
Note: I also find Neem Oil, Tea Tree Oil and Lavender Oil to be very useful, they are all very good to have around, try each individually till you find what works for your child.
What is Propolis?
Propolis is a wax-like substance used by honey bees to protect the bee hive against infections. Bee Propolis contains antibacterial properties that when used by people may boost the immune system. You can purchase Propolis from most health food stores and certainly over the internet.
Applying the remedy.
OK, so putting the Propolis onto a baby can be tricky. It drops out of a teat and runs quickly across the skin. It also stains material and your hands, so be sure to keep material you do not want stained away from the wet fluid and wash your hands directly after application.
Placing Propolis on your baby’s bottom can be a bit tricky. So you need to have a stainable cloth upon which to lay your baby, put the nappy under their bottom ready to do up, then move quickly – placing a couple of drops over the affected area and rubbing it in – before it moves away from the area or drips onto anything, then quickly put the nappy on. I also recommend you clean your hands thoroughly afterwards, because it stains and you will have yellow fingers and dirty looking nails.
I urge you to get a bottle of Propolis and have it in your baby care range – it is all natural and more effective than anything I have come across.
