Your New Frequency Children are so sensitive to energy and emotions, that your heart energy and emotions you are experiencing while you prepare their meals is vitally important to their health and overall well-being! HANDY TIP FOR PARENTS:
No matter how busy, tired, or overwhelmed you may be feeling when the evening “frenzy” hour approaches – do take a moment to centre.
• Take a moment to breath love into your heart, and out into your environment. 7 deep breaths will be powerfully effective.
• Turn off that blaring TV and instead put on some healing, beautiful music.
• Ask the children to play, draw, read or if old enough have their showers – so that you can prepare their meals.
• You may like to light a candle and spray an energy essence or burn essential oils in your kitchen.
• Now thinking of all the beautiful energy that is emanating from your heart and hands into your children s food and prepare the food.
• Enjoy the knowledge that your children are being nourished by your heart energy, as they eat their high frequency, nutritious, chemical free and preferably RAW dinner!
