In essence the beauty of raw food is its simplicity, high frequency and healing qualities.
RAW food is in the main un-cooked, so I say I am un-cooking a meal and infusing it with my heart energy!
The speed and simplicity of RAW food is liberating for busy mums and dads!
Your child will love it, you will all be healthier and it is so fun to cook that even I have truly become the Kitchen Goddess I never thought I could be!
By and large it is a diet made up of a wide variety of whole, preferably organic, plant ingredients such as fruits, nuts, seeds, land and sea vegetables, roots, sprouted grains, pulses,legumes and super foods – all heated no more than around 44-63 degrees Celsius (112 degrees Fahrenheit) . At this temperature the enzymes start to be denatured and we also loose a lot of the vitamins etc.
Raw food is of exceptional high frequency and low density – for this reason, many of the new children naturally gravitate to this sort of food ( I have heard many a mother state that their angel only eats raw fruit and vegetables and will reject anything that is inorganic – they have a sixth sense for this – or otherwise unhealthy). Regardless the new frequency children with their high frequencies all seem to love organic raw food and they all definitely thrive upon it.
The earlier you can get your children onto a diet consisting of RAW FOOD the better, the first solids can absolutely be raw foods. I would rather this than processed, tinned/bottled food any day! Trust me your baby will love it!

I cannot encourage parents of young children enough – to focus on the diets of their children, their entire family… because our behaviour around food, becomes our children’s behaviour and belief’s around food! It is vital that the new children have diets that are alive, free of toxicity, brimming with nutrition and prepared in love. You will reap the rewards for your dedication to this – I guarantee it!
The Benefits of giving your child RAW Food in their diet:
- Your child will have a very strong immune system (especially if they have not been vaccinated!). Sheannah has never had anti-biotics and has very rarely been ill, despite going to childcare centers where children are ill with colds, tummy bugs etc every day! When she does get unwell she recovers very quickly, often overnight.
- Your child will have less behavioural challenges. This is a scientifically measured fact… but I can tell you from experience, on the very few occasions my daughter has had a sweet drink or cake at a local cafe she has literally started bouncing off the walls with hyperactivity!
- Your child will sleep better.
- Your child will learn healthy eating habits that they will have for the rest of their lives. Passing them on to their children.
- The risk of illnesses that are plaguing our children such as diabetes and obesity will not be an issue (unless there is another underlying cause).
- Many of the health issues that plague the new children such as allergy, nappy rash, eczema, skin problems and digestive issues are eliminated when a 100% organic, chemical free and vegetarian lifestyle is adopted.

I could go on and on here – because I am so passionate about this topic. It is suffice to say it is well worth giving it a try! And the sooner your child is accustomed to this diet the better. The very best option of course is from birth – which results in a child loving their greens as much as my daughter does in the above video.
