Advocacy Sessions by Kyrona

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Advocacy Support Services provided by Kyrona Unity Hope T/As Kyrona.com ABN: 54 678 968 350

By booking and paying for a service, you agree to the following terms.

​

1. Nature of Services

Advocacy Support Services provide independent guidance, document review, and assistance with preparing written correspondence.

These services are:

• Supportive and consultative in nature

• Based on lived experience and professional communication skills

• Designed to help clients understand options and prepare their own communications
   

Kyrona Hope:

• Is not a lawyer

• Does not provide legal advice

• Does not provide financial, medical, or psychological advice

• Does not represent clients

• Does not communicate with third parties on behalf of clients
   

All correspondence prepared is provided for the client to review, amend if desired, and send in their own name.
 

2. Booking & Payment

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

No work will commence until payment is received.

Fees are inclusive of GST where applicable.

3. Scope of Services

Each service covers:

• One issue

• One structured consultation (if applicable)

• One written response (if applicable)
   

Follow-Up Letter Services include preparation of one structured written response.
 

Minor clarifications may be incorporated prior to finalisation. Substantial changes, additional issues, or expanded scope may require booking an additional service.
 

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information

• Reviewing all drafted correspondence before sending

• Making their own final decisions

• Seeking independent legal advice where appropriate

All actions taken remain the responsibility of the client.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

While services are provided with care and professionalism, outcomes depend on third parties and system processes beyond control.

No guarantee is made regarding specific results or resolutions.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled consultation may be rescheduled.

Once drafting work has commenced, fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Kyrona Hope is not liable for any loss, damage, or consequences arising from actions taken by clients or third parties following use of these services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Amendments

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be available on this website.
