So Venus leaves her journey with the Sun (hidden from our view – in the Underworld) and begins her journey back up through the gates, 1 through 7, Base Chakra through Crown Chakra. At each gate she will reclaim the vestments she surrendered as she journeyed down as the morning star. She reclaims each gift at a new higher more resonant frequency, as she has evolved further now! The current Venus Cycle dates: June 9, 2020 - January 13, 2022
In this her Gemini METAGODDESS CYCLE - Venus as the Gemini Rainbow Goddess of Light and Promise is supporting the emergence of the Magical Goddess and Child within each of us, bringing the spirit of play, imagination, co-creative alchemy, shapeshifter skills, and magical consciousness alive within us so we can join others in shapeshifting fear into playful people power to co-create our New Earth.
The Gemini Goddess is also known as Iris or Ix Chel the Rainbow Goddess, Seshat the great scribe, Changing Woman who marries the medicine of feminine and masculine within and helps us navigate change, Barnumbirr the Yolngu Aboriginal Goddess who casts the Songlines across the dreaming land, Mistress of Magic accomplishing impossible things, among many others.
2. WHAT DOES THIS LOOK LIKE IN THE SKY ABOVE?
Well as we view the evening sky above, looking close along the horizon in the early evening you will see Venus once more! We see her as she moves past 10 degrees from the Sun, though some will see her earlier than others depending on their location.
3. WHAT CAN THIS FEEL LIKE IN OUR REALITY?
This moment feels like a graduation, a celebration, a big aaaahhhhhh out-breathe.
For those who have been engaging the cycle strongly, you have felt the alchemy, the pressure, the transformation of the underworld. It may well have been cathartic, you may have entered the void, gone into a cocoon within to allow all that was needed to be burned away. And now you feel the shift, you feel the light breaking through, you feel the cocoon cracking open and forward movement. You feel completely different, wiser, stronger, renewed – you may not know exactly where you will fly when you spread your wings, but you are beginning to open them and view their magnificence.
4. RECOMMENDATIONS TO MAKE THE MOST OF THIS MOMENT?
I highly recommend you honour this moment through a personal ceremony. Use your inner guidance with this, there are no rules. You may like to have a bath with candles and crystals – and use this time to contemplate all you have released and how you feel in this moment, to set the intent for the ascension journey ahead with the Evening Star. You may like to set up an Evening Star Alter in preparation for the 1st Gate of Manifestation that approaches. And if you can – do take time to seek Venus out in the evening sky and welcome her, if you can’t see you, connect through your heart and do so!
